حرصًا من مجلة بغداد للعلوم الإنسانية (BJFHS) على تعزيز الوصول المفتوح للمعرفة العلمية وتوسيع دائرة الاستفادة من الأبحاث المنشورة، فإن المجلة تعتمد رخصة المشاع الإبداعي التي تُعد من أهم أدوات حماية الحقوق الفكرية في العالم الأكاديمي.
🔹 رخصة المشاع الإبداعي هي نظام عالمي يتيح للمؤلفين والباحثين مشاركة أعمالهم العلمية مع الجمهور مع الاحتفاظ بحقوقهم الفكرية.
🔹 تتيح هذه الرخصة للآخرين قراءة الأبحاث، وتحميلها، ومشاركتها بشرط نسبتها إلى صاحبها الأصلي وذكر مصدرها.
🔹 لا يجوز استخدام المواد المنشورة لأغراض تجارية أو تعديلها إلا بعد الحصول على إذن مسبق من المجلة أو المؤلف.

As part of its commitment to promoting open access and expanding the reach of scientific knowledge, the Baghdad Journal for Human Sciences (BJFHS) adopts the Creative Commons License, one of the most widely used systems for protecting intellectual property in academia.
